不記得是因為聽網路電台播的Chasing Cars或這首Open Your Eyes才買了Snow Patrol的專輯，反正兩首我都很愛聽，但那時當然沒想過幾年後會因此發現一部曾經引發爭議的微電影。

記得第一次看Open Your Eyes的MV很傻眼，怎麼有這麼混的一鏡到底？最後還出現那麼復古的人在擁抱，飄逸衣服打哪兒來的……之前就只是單純定義那是一支偷懶的MV。今天，天外飛來的好奇心帶著我確定了這是清晨時分的巴黎街道，而且MV其實是截取自1976年的微電影C'était un Rendezvous (It was a date.)。現在，我會說真是超酷的影像、音樂結合。
忍受著引擎高速運轉、不斷換檔、輪胎磨地的噪音，看完了8分多鐘的原始影片，見識了欲望的橫衝直撞與振耳欲聾。熱戀一開始都是望眼欲穿、激情澎湃，能否攜手走到最後就不一定了。
