老歌亂談(493)No Matter What
此曲為有百老匯大師之稱的英國作曲家Andrew Lloyd Webber為舞台音樂劇《Whistle Down the Wind》( 微風輕哨 ) 所寫，後大師與愛爾蘭Boyzone ( 男孩特區 ) 樂團合作，於1998一舉奪下英國單曲排行榜的冠軍，也成為該團第一首攻佔美國市場的流行暢銷曲。再加上1999電影《Notting Hill》( 台譯：新娘百分百 ) 將此曲作為電影插曲的推波助瀾，這首歌在全球狂賣超過了4百萬張。
Boyzone成立於1993，後因故於2000解散。2007年底又合體復出，開始作全球的巡迴演唱 ( 好像也來過台灣？)。2009年，才公開出櫃不久的主唱之一的Stephen Gately，被發現猝死在西班牙的馬略卡島 ( Majorca )。據說當晚他曾外出喝了幾杯小酒 (？)，回飯店睡覺後就再也沒醒過來。經驗屍後西班牙法庭表示，沒有任何暴力跡象，Stephen Gately是死於肺水腫 ( 我猜極有可能是酒醉被自己的嘔吐物給噎死的 )。少了Stephen Gately，原Boyzone優美的合唱也成為了絕響。

哈哈，之前我從不聽「男孩特區」或是「西城男孩」或是「接招」這些樂團的歌。是因此曲和之前已貼過的英國樂團Badfinger的歌名相同，才點進YouTube聽的。感覺似曾相識 ( 潛意識有接收過媒體的播放？)，而確實也不錯聽，就當作是介紹給自己的吧！^^
