自作聰明又悲劇的花枝丸餛飩
星盤四軸點和日、月、水、金、火全落在固定宮，偏好固定模式的性格傾向顯而易見，一旦生活裡出現各種無法繼續、甚至被迫改變，自然是特別覺得討厭。一成不變讓喜歡變化的人感到窒息、不開心，但對於習慣且偏好固定模式的人來說，一成不變正代表一切都按照自己的喜歡進行中，當然舒服、開心。然而，這世界唯一不變的就是變，如何處變不驚是一生的功課，樂於擁抱改變更是。
當疫情限制了上市場買菜的時間，難得出門偏又遇上固定買丸子、排骨酥的店家無預警休息，真的超焦慮！換一家買了乍看只有形狀不一樣的花枝丸，吃起來卻完全兩回事，下不為例、寧缺勿濫……
自以為白色的、紅綠的、黃色的丸子跟以前店家賣的一樣，是原味、蔬菜、九層塔油炸的三種花枝丸，剛開始還蠻開心能馬上找到替代方案，豈料開吃之後，不但口感軟爛，味道還偏甜加怪味(媽媽、妹妹都說還好啊……)，整個是悲劇，而異想天開拿NG花枝丸來當餛飩內餡就更是悲劇了。

難得自己準備餡料，時間都花在切丸子丁上了，好用心喔這次，誰知精彩費工的其實在後面，差點要來不及準時開飯。懶人包餛飩就那一招，用手抓一下就好了，沒想到丸子丁竟會刺破餛飩皮，下手再輕柔、餡再減量都一樣沒救，丸子丁跟肉餡相比是顯得硬梆梆的，但這樣的結果真的始料未及。
另外備餡已經來不及。山不轉，只好路轉。餛飩皮邊邊抹水，把餡料放上攤平，將餛飩對折成三角形壓成型，雖然費時耗工，總算沒再出現破皮情況了。不過，意外並未到此為止。
我到現在還是不明白，為什麼餛飩煮一煮會充氣暴脹起來？一個個像是以前黃河上的渡河羊皮筏，該不會等下煮完都脹到破掉吧？我那麼辛苦一個人包完的，不就白費力氣？又不能沒煮熟就撈起來，心裡真是七上八下。還好，最後是虛驚一場，過程有點曲折，結果還是順利完成了一餐煮食。
