把要背得一字不漏的頭等艙菜單擺上來充門面一下...
菜單跟圖片上的食物並不相同
因為訓練時的菜單經常更換
而圖片則是從書上掃描下來的
(啊!都睡不夠了,我竟然還有閒工夫做這些事!)
僅供參考。
【Cocktails With Canapés Service】
*A selection of drinks.
*A selection of hot canapés:
--Teriyaki beef kebab with spring onion
--seafood ball tossed with Thai chilli sauce
--vegetable puff rolls
--grilled chicken kofta mini

【Cocktails With Canapés Service】
*A selection of drinks.
*A selection of hot canapés:
--Teriyaki beef kebab with spring onion
--seafood ball tossed with Thai chilli sauce
--vegetable puff rolls
--grilled chicken kofta mini
【HORS D’OEUVERS】
*Iranian Caviar:
--served with traditional accompaniments: chopped egg yolk, chopped egg white, chopped chives/onions, lemon/line wedges in muslin, sour cream and blinis.
*Arabic Mezze:
--a selection of Arabic mezze which includes tabbouleh, couscous salad, shanklish cheese, moutabe;, chicken sambousik, spinach fatayer and lamb kibbeh.
*Marinated Roast Duck:
--marinated duck breast with crunchy green beans and sun dried tomatoes. Served with balsamic glaze.

--served with pumpkin seed bread croutons.
*Freshly Prepared Salad:
--salad prepared by your crew to your liking with a choice of accompaniments(salad leaves, mixed olives, roasted pine nuts, chopped chives, cherry tomatoes, grilled aubergines, shaved parmesan) offered with creamy dressing or balsamic olive oil dressing.

--served with pumpkin seed bread croutons.
*Freshly Prepared Salad:
--salad prepared by your crew to your liking with a choice of accompaniments(salad leaves, mixed olives, roasted pine nuts, chopped chives, cherry tomatoes, grilled aubergines, shaved parmesan) offered with creamy dressing or balsamic olive oil dressing.
【Main Meal Service】
*Pan Seared See Bass:
--pan seared see bass with egg plant, chicory and red pepper rolls served with Portobello potato cakes and warm vegetable vinaigrette.
*Roasted Beef Tenderloin:
--slow roasted beef tenderloin with truffle jus, asparagus fritters and sautéed cherry tomatoes and char grilled asparagus.
*Chicken with Zaatar Crust:
--pan fried chicken breast coated in zaatar herbs with a rich tomato and pine seed sauce with Kalamata olives.
*Gnocchi with Goats Cheese Sauce:
--plain gnocchi coated in goats cheese sauce presented with cherry tomato stew and basil pesto.
*Vegetables:
--sautéed summer vegetables (marrows, yellow/green zucchinis, carrot, parsnips, asparagus), chickpea ratatouille, twice baked potatoes and steam basmati rice.

唉唉.....現在在花航要打到頭等艙
至少要10幾年後了吧......
現在飛了快10年了人都還打不到商務艙.....

我也覺得魚子醬不好吃
腥...
也可以說我沒有富貴命吧
可惜現在取消了
要偷吃都沒得偷吃啊
