抗疫--救餐館
新冠肺炎疫情肆虐，加拿大總理要求全國民眾 Stay at Home 居家避疫。餐廳不准在店內進食，只允許外帶或外送。
全國餐飲業遇此大劫，岌岌可危，勉力苦撐。為了拯救餐飲業和從業人員，發起了全國外賣日(National Take-Out Day)，希望大眾能在每週三點外賣來吃。
前幾週我們已經點了數次外賣，現在繼續支持，今天向附近一家台式餐廳點牛肉麵和鍋貼當晚餐。
送來時的包裝如下，店家很細心地將煮好的麵條與牛肉湯分開裝，我們自己再將麵條放入湯中，就是完整的一碗川味牛肉麵。

沒辦法，我們家每個人的口味不同，我買的罐頭基本上只有我吃，別人都不愛。孩子們買的罐頭，我太太認為不健康。而且老實說，北美的罐頭魚和肉味道都不怎麼樣，沒有台灣的罐頭式樣又多又好吃(可惜肉類罐頭不能進口)。
我家的櫥櫃裡，現在堆滿許多包被我鄰居稱為「罪惡食品」的薯片、餅乾、葵瓜子、泡麵、可樂等零食，都是孩子們趁著疫情時期，堂而皇之買回來的「戰備乾糧」。

台灣疫情已經控制住了，加拿大卻還在發展當中。以人口數來比較的話，加拿大的嚴重程度是台灣的100倍，而大溫哥華地區的疫情則是台灣的20倍。
相比加國東部的安省和魁省，BC省算緩和一些，但還不能放鬆。根據4月9日衛生單位所做的模型推測，一星期後的4月16日確診人數達到推測的最高值，但可怕的是死亡人數卻是推測的兩倍(原本推測500-700死亡，現已是1200人過世)。
所以我們這裡的疫情還是很緊張！
