武術中的槍,被稱為百兵之王,槍術是屬於長器械之一,其構造通常是白臘杆加上槍纓與槍頭。槍法主要以扎法為基本,隨以攔、拿,有道是~棍打一大片,槍札一條線。其技法的特點主要是攔、拿、扎,槍法主要是以攔、拿、扎為主,攔、拿是擋撥的動作、扎槍是攻擊性的動作,扎槍又是槍法中重要的一環,扎槍要平正,迅速,直出直入,要做到力達槍尖,所謂出槍準、後靶穩,槍扎一條線,出槍如潛龍出水,收槍如猛虎入洞,「中平槍、槍中王,當中一點最難當」此為槍術中攻守之法。
