Mousse Cakes

Chocolate and vanilla mousse cakes.

How to make a 9 inch mousse cake?

Heavy Cream 430ml X 1
Craem Cheese (227g) X 1.5
Butter -> a little ( < 50ml)
Lady Finger 1 pack
Suger X 100g (depend on your taste)
Strawberry
Vanilla Extract X 3~5ml
First, put heavy cream in a iron pot and keep agitating until it becomes cream.

Second, put cream cheese and butter in the microwave for 4 mins. (Depends on your microwave.)

Third, mix with cream cheese, vanilla extract, and suger (melted chocolate if you wanna make a chocolate cake) and keep agitating for about 5 mins.

During agitating, break Lady Fingers and put them into round pot.

Then, pour the mousse you made on it and plane it and refrigerate it for 2 hours.

Finally, put strawberry on it and decorate.
