東京㊣3 seminars. Ario.
Today we had 3 seminars about the Japanese nutrition and health issues. I got to know more about their FOHSU system here to establish more healthy lifestyle.
after the seminars, we went to the biggest supermarket, which is called *ARIO*. There is *WU YIN LIANG PIN* shop there and i found some surprises!
That`s all for today! Tomorrow will go for SUMO wrestling show, so excited about that!

我喜歡 無印良品 的東西...
沒有label的...不用替公司宣傳牌子...哈
不過,香港也有很多呢~ :p
