老歌亂談(620)Drift Away
這兩天，HBO電影台有在播2015的新片《Ricki and the Flash》( 台譯：搖滾女王，又譯：曲終人不散。 )，由梅莉史翠普 ( Meryl Streep ) 擔綱主演。其實從1990的《Postcards From the Edge》( 來自邊緣的明信片 ) 到2008的《Mamma Mia！》(媽媽咪呀！)，可以看得出這位梅姨很喜歡在影片中展露自己的歌喉，而且在這部片中更是大唱特唱，此首《Drift Away》即為片中的插曲之一。
《Drift Away》的原唱為John Henry Kurtz，並收錄在其1972的專輯《Reunion》中。而最知名的則是Dobie Gray在1973的翻唱版，此版本在告示牌熱門排行榜達到第5名，也獲RIAA頒發了銷售超過50萬張的金唱片。其他翻唱此曲的歌手，也是多到族繁不及備載。2003，Uncle Kracker的翻唱版同樣進入排行榜第9名，也成為了較知名的版本。
註：飾演吉他手的男主角為澳洲歌手Rick Springfield，後也參與電視和電影的演出，其最著名的歌曲為《Jessie's Girl》/ ( 亂談345 )
