老歌亂談(138)Kiss An Angel Good Morning
最近看到一個日本歌唱節目，是素人歌手PK原唱，而且歌者唱的音準不準當場會秀在螢幕下方，當天挑戰的是翁倩玉，素人唱得非常不錯，但加在翁沒被幹掉。另，大陸的歌唱節目近來好像也有在作與原唱對決的節目。
我覺得，以實力歌手的暢銷歌或成名曲來說，翻唱者要將之幹掉的機會應該不太大，但若是重新編曲，則就又很難說。這首由Charley Pride於1971首錄的《Kiss An Angel Good Morning》，推出後迅即躍升至鄉村排行榜的冠軍，也成為了他日後的招牌歌。或許是因為歌好聽還是怎樣，後來的翻唱者也是一大拖拉庫，我聽來聽去，覺得至少Alan Jackson的版本就要比原唱來得好聽。
好久沒聽西部鄉村歌曲了，下面選的是Heather Myles的現場演唱版，我想，邊聽邊看應該會比較有Fu和熱鬧一些。另，看她的台風及唱功，棒！我給她九十八分。
