Monica: True. But you had that talk with him, remember? Ever since then, he's been much better. I've seen quite a turnaround.
Harvey: That's good. Maybe you're right, then. Even so, he needs training before he can supervise.
Monica: Of course he does.
Harvey: But training takes time, and we're already much too busy. We just can't afford to send him out for training. We need him here.
Monica: We don't have to send him out for training, do we? Why not let him learn on the job?
