Harvey: So you'd like a day off?
Monica: I need more than a day off, Harvey. I need help. I need another assistant editor.
Harvey: That sounds great, Monica. But where are we going to find one? It's so hard to recruit people with the right qualifications and skills.
Monica: Well, I've been thinking about Mark White. I think he could do the job.
Harvey: Mark? But we decided just a couple of months ago not to promote him to assistant editor. He's a good writer, but he lacks people skills.
