the room service staff were always pleasant and inviting .

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a wonderful resort town.

Our room had a great view,

we really enjoyed it and the hotel staff were very professional and friendly as always.

Ski in/out: This is the best part of the Fairmont. 

You walk down in the morning with your warm fuzzy Uggs or other comfies. 

Afterwards, you ski up to the entrance of the valet,

leave your ski/board and boots and grab the warm fuzzies that you left in the morning.

And then,you get to walk directly into the warm hearth of the hotel.

The hotel definitely has a lodge-y feel, but very very upscale.

Soaring ceilings, gigantic fireplaces, and a whole lot of wood beams.

but I'd expect it to be very pricey. And worth it.
