The Stock Market has the best soups and they make about 3-4 kinds of fresh soups aily.

Today's Item: Stock Market's Hot Cereal , with varied sauces
Price: $4.50 for small, $5.50 large (large is a much better deal)
Limitation: Only served during breakfast, 9:00am - 11:30am,

then you can try their delicious soup "stocks"

Comments: This is a sweet oatmeal.. in taste and in coolness! Today, the sauce they served it with was apple, plum and brown sugar... maybe it is fall season so everything happens to be apples... and as much as I love apples, I felt like I didn't get the other flavours.. you can choose either cream or 1% milk with your oatmeal, along with additional brown sugar. I believe they sell these sauces in bottles, lined up colourfully. I'm definitely looking forward to some of the other sauces on another morning.

A cup of soup is $4.25 and a bowl is around $6. It's not cheap,

but so tasty and it comes with a wide, fresh slice of Foccaccia.

snapper + salmon chowder

= I was thinking more of a white milk based chowder but this is like a veggie soup chowder.

Nonetheless, it was pretty hearty and filling. Big chunks of fish.

Love the garlic bread too.

There are so many yummy things to choose from,

I have trouble not spending my whole pay cheque here.
You can choose from a couple of their hot featured soups or

you can browse through their refrigerated section, all of which look super delish.
This place has a plethora of amazing soups, but that's not all!
They also have dips, dressings and spreads that will blow your mind.
Although the the Granville Island Market is buzzing with stuff to eat,

make sure not to breeze past this place, especially in the winter.
