法式火焰薄餅:       Crepe suzette    

  薄餅糊:                                 Crepe batter:  

1                                               1 egg

½ 柳橙&皮削         Juice and zest of ½ orange

1 t                                            1 t sugar

一點鹽                                  Pinch salt

1/3杯 牛奶,按著做稀薄餅糊        1/3 c. Milk to as needed to make thin batter

           需要(想像如糖漿濃度)                     (think syrup-likeconsistency)                   

1 c. 麵粉,按著做稀薄餅糊需要   1 c. Flour as needed to make thin batter

1 T 油或牛油                              1 T oil or butter









加麵粉





打勻成粉漿





柳橙奶油:                                     Orange butter:

把下列三材料混在一起             Mix next three ingredients together

2 T 牛油 (已溶化)                      2 T butter (melted)

½個柳橙汁, ½ t                   Juice of ½ orange or ½ t. orange extract (optional)

2 T                                             2 T sugar

 

火焰:

1 T 柳橙酒 (成品上澆白蘭地         1 T orange liquor (to flambé) 1 T or cap full

     點燃端出) 1 T l 瓶蓋滿

 

橙汁加糖



 (酒精度15%)

WARNING: Do not add liquor over open flame! Bottle could catch fire or explode.

          :  不要在火焰附近倒酒!  瓶子可能會爆掉.

Use non-stick pan over low heat, swirl batter into pan, when ready, roll crepe, and add orange butter and alcohol, flambé until alcohol flame goes out, serve onto plate with maple syrup, honey, jam, ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, etc...

使用不沾鍋,中火,把薄餅糊打轉地倒入鍋中,煮熟,捲起薄餅,並加上調好的柳橙奶  上白蘭地 點燃火 等酒精燃燒完火焰熄了,上盤,可以隨個人喜好配上楓糖漿,蜂蜜,果醬,冰淇淋,生奶油,巧克力醬, 等等

 


把薄餅糊打轉地倒入鍋中,煮熟,捲起薄餅



加上調好的柳橙奶油





 上白蘭地 點燃火 等酒精燃燒完火焰熄了






可以隨個人喜好配上楓糖漿,蜂蜜,果醬,冰淇淋,生奶油,巧克力醬, 等等…
