西湖醋魚

西湖醋魚Westlake Fish
很簡易的一道家常菜喔
材料   吳郭魚1條2-3 LB whole fish  香油 sesame oil  白胡椒粉 pepper powder

材料1  水15cups water              蔥2 green onion    薑2 slices ginger 
材料2  薑絲2T shredded ginger    蔥絲 3T shredded green onion 
材料3  醬油2Tsoy sauce             酒1T wine           糖3T sugar  
         醋5T vinegar                  水2 cups water
材料4  太白粉1T corn starch        水2T water  










做法 1  魚洗淨刮除魚肚裡黑膜 用刀從肚子片開 魚背仍然相連 成一整片魚
         Scale the fish and clean out the innards (should be blackish colour).
         Continue cutting   at the slit and open up the fish.

      2  把材料1煮滾 放入逾再煮滾即熄火 蓋鍋悶7-8分鐘 視魚大小要自行調整時間
         魚熟撈出置大盤裡
         Bring ingredient 1 to a boil and add in the fish and bring to boil again.
         Turn off heat and let it sit for 7-8 minutes with the lid on (Add/subtract time
         depending on the size of fish). Remove fish from pot and set it on a plate.

      3  把材料2灑在魚身上 
        Top the fish with ingredient 2

      4 油燒熱放入材料3煮滾 下材料4勾欠 淋上香油 灑胡椒粉即可 這道菜要稱熱吃
         Heat up oil in a saute pan and add in ingredients 3. After it boils,
         add in ingredient 4 to thicken. Pour over the fish. Drizzle sesame oil and pepper.
