1.Today I invest 20% (maximum) of 100,000 dollars in a stock, and tomorrow it’s price rise.(The situation become I hold the stock more than 20% of my portfolio value). Should I sell some to keep it under/equal to the 20% limited?
2.In the first entry period, I lose 50,000 dollars. However, I leave the portfolio to the second entry period and only buy a “9 dollars” share at the beginning of the second period. At the end of the second period, the total portfolio value becomes to 100,000 dollars.The percentage gain in the second period will be 100%. And you (the prize) just only care about the percentage gain .Am I right?
