CAUTION - Do not heat for more than the recommended time.

8. If your microwave does not have interleaf plastic bags, then rotate the bag half way through the allocated time.

9. After the allocated time, you should leave the bag in the microwave for at least 1 minute to allow it to cool down before removing it.
