ROME 753B.C.E~476 A.C

”The story of Rome is the story of the World”

Rome shadows all western countries for its development of politics, engineering, and urban plan...etc

I dunno why I get less sense to Rome than Greek.
So many things I knew about Rome, but so few things I was inspired from. I could’t write the Roman history and achievements by my own. Ludicrously, I still felt nothing after I borrowed dvd back home to gain background knowlege.

On the other hand, the culture prior to Rome, Etruria, caught my eyes. The people far away from the modern people was skillful and aesthetics in every field that nourished Rome’s development. Ironically, Rome conquered Etruscan in the fifth century B.C.E.

Back to Rome, I’m highly interested in Caesar, the commandar of Rome. He used the military power to rule Rome and the Senate.

Besides Greek, Rome, the honor of glory, discipline, order and incorruptivity, is the great empire I admire.
