合歡山下起瑞雪

看著電視報導鏡頭裡的尋雪客興奮極了

連寵物狗都帶上山

在白雪中

這種心情是與十六世紀的袁宏道的西湖雜記中的初至西湖的快樂的心情相近的

剛好這一天我偶然讀到袁宏道的遊記

在同一天裡讀到這兩則"報導"

突然覺得五百年來差異的不過是文體

不過是表達方式罷了

"山色如娥

花光如頰

溫風如酒

波紋如綾

纔一舉頭

已不覺目酣神醉

此時欲下一語描寫不得

大約如東阿王夢中出遇洛神也"

這是五百年前袁宏道的文字表達

這一天讀到年代最遠的文章屬中國晚明

是小品文

年代最近的應該是齊邦媛的新書巨河流的前言

如果連報紙文章都算的話

最新的文字是讀到關於威力彩九億的消息

除此之外我

還讀到十九世紀的赫胥黎的演講稿支持物種起源的學說

演說內容就是希望世人重視科學

真是如此而已

然而我細看赫胥黎的表達方式

通篇文句連綿不絕

 句構複雜

就隨意挑這句

他主要是呼籲大眾不要被一些蠢蛋因為神學信仰的緣故就阻礙

然而當我讀到Laurence Yep的小說表達

讓我驚動入神的還是一如Y與Pin 他們有很實在的血肉之軀可以擁入懷中
