湯種桑葚吐司

湯種要做到這樣程度

湯種 70g
高筋麵粉   270-300g
sugar 10g
salt 3g
instant yeast 3/4t (make sure it cover the spoon otherwise it's not enough)
mulberry 60g + sour cream water 60 (puree)
Honey 25g (should be butter) 
its pretty soft, need to check while the machine is stirring, 300g flour max.
Same as my last post, I put the dough in a 20'c temperature to ferment for 3 hours for two times.
turns out good though.
