Pillsbury Moist Supreme Funfetti Cake Mix
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 1/4 Cups Water, 1/4 Cup Oil, 2 Whole Eggs (or 3Whites)
1.HEAT
Heat oven to 350F. GREASE pan generously with shortening; lightly flour. Or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2.MIX
Mix cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at MEDIUM speed. (By hand....2 minutes.) Pour batter into pan.
3.BAKE
Bake as directed below. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center coms out clean or cake springs back when lightly touched in center.
13x19-inch: 35-45 minutes
Two 8-inch: 35-45 minutes
Two 9-inch: 30-40 minutes
Bundt pan: 35-45 minutes
24-27 Cupcake:20-30 minutes
Cool in pan on cooling rack 15 minutes; remove from pan.
Frost when completely cooled. Store loosely covered.
