聚餐小點心：Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix
YOU WILL NEED:
1Cup Milk, 1Egg
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
Preheat oven to 400F(glass pan 375F). Lightly grease 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
1.BLEND
Blend milk, egg and full box mix togerther on medium bowl. Stir until moistened.
2.SPOON
Spoon batter into preheat pan.
3.BAKE
Bake 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.(For glass pan, bake 25-30 minutes.) Makes16, 2-inch squares.
For Standard Muffins:
Prepare as directed. Spoon batter into 12 prepared standard muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400F 20-25 minutes.
