- I'm actually responsible for client engagements, doing risk profiling and financial planning for my clients and the first thing I do every morning is to really grab a cup of coffee. I look at the markets check my emails and prepare myself for the day ahead.

- Say hi, team. Hi.

- We catch on each other's progress we also chat about recent observations we have and voice out problems we may face as a team. Most importantly we actually come up with financial solutions to better improve our clients portfolios.

- I'm here at the pantry right now. Hey Vyan. Oh. Hey Justina! Hi! Everybody this is justina she's our insurance specialist. So as an insurance specialist I do portfolio planning for my clients as well as cover different areas of their needs. Vyan and I actually go for joint appointments together. I will update him on new product launches as well as upcoming campaigns.

- Alright. So I have a client meeting in about an hour's time outside of the city. Wealth hub this is the time I actually take to prepare for the meeting and that's what Ii really like about this role. I'm always on the move every day is different. I get to meet clients from all walks of life.

- Now i'm here back at the city wealth hub to meet a new client. So before my client arrives let me show you guys around. So this is the Citigold floor. It's an award-winning design. It has biophilic elements to make it look like a glass conservatory. These are actually our meeting rooms where we have conversations with our clients over coffee from the coffee bar. So this is the coziest corner on the floor where we have chats with our clients.
