24 N: 明顯楊桃汁的甜味及香味,水蜜桃,梨子,西洋梨,甜桃,複雜而豐富的水果香氣,細緻而優雅.接著有些許ginger, vanilla,淡淡的花香,後則有些許柚子,grapefruit

22 T: medium->full. A little dry, spicy, ginger, then some smoky fruit and oil. Creamy, then a little peat sweet, good impact, round and rich, a little bitter at the end

22 F: long, dry fruit, peaty, 甜桃,大白柚等果味餘韻相當悠長, good extension

22 B: good balanced both for nosing and tasting. Full of texture and complexes, a typical Brora!

Linlithgow 26yo OMC 50%

C: gold amber

22 N: delicate, gentle and clean caramel, a little Indian corn, lightly flower, Camenbert cheese. Then a little ginger, cookie, tangerine peer, melon peer

22 T: medium->full. A little dry, spicy, bitter, powder, then some ginger, vanilla. Good impact and texture. Oil, Indian corn

22 F: long, ginger, cookie, cream, a little vanilla, pepper, salty, apricot, good and rich texture

21 B: Balanced. Good extension for nosing, but few complexes and variant for tasting

Caol Ila 26yo OMC 50%

C: gold amber

23 N: starting from some peaty, ginger, tangerine peer, smoky wood cask, followed by some orange, grapefruit and cooked fruit. Then prune, more fruit, good layers!

23 T: full, smoky fruit, a little dry, peaty, heather, some white chocolate at the end of tongue, grapefruit, cream, oil, fruity, very good texture and impact, well matured!

23 F: long, beautiful wood cask, grapefruit, ginger, prune, long extension w/ good variant

23 B: very balanced! Active and still variant from peaty to fruity. Quite a good balanced old Caol Ila, very impressive!

Glenkinchie 27yo OMC 50%

C: amber

23 N: rich tropical fruit, orange, pineapple,楊桃,甜桃, a little coconut, melon, peach, followed by some cream, ginger, prune, tangerine. Then some raisin, cherry, very fruity and complexes

22 T: full, elegant, very delicate, ginger, cream, cherry, orange, apricot, rich and good texture, fresh fruit, a little bitter at the end

23 F: long, very long, plenty of fruit, good extension and texture, tangerine, raisin, prune, hint of sweet

23 B: very balanced both for nosing and tasting. No stress, easy to drink, enjoyable! Not typical but amazing lowland!

Rosebank 28yo OMC 50%

C: deep amber, brown gold

24 N: very beautiful, elegant and delicate fresh sherry, young plum, grapefruit, followed by some orange, cherry, raisin, honey. Deep rich, active and complexes!

23 T: full, a little dry and spicy, rich and active sherry, plum, w/ some apricot and raisin, good impact and texture, better than Glenkinchie, a little chocolate at the end

23 F: long, very long, grapefruit,柚木, apricot, some beautiful wood cask, sweet plum, peach, melon, deep and rich, good extension, still variant, finish in some chocolate

23 B: very balanced both for nosing and tasting. Not typical Rosebank, more like some spysider, Old Glenfarclas or Macallan. very enjoyable! Best Rosebank ever!

PS. 接著喝Glenfarclas 21yo和Karuizawa 1971, Glenfarclas明顯要在高個2~3分,反觀輕井澤, 酒體老態畢露,入口整體表現變得相當平坦而變化不足, 真是一山還比一山高啊~

Bunnahabhain 34yo OMC 40.5%

C: deep amber, red brown

23 N: honey, lavender, heather flower, followed by some cream, peat, apricot and sea weed. Then some fruit, banana, melon, pineapple. Good layers and complexes

22 T: full, round and smooth, ginger, tangerine peer, juicy! A little bitter, salty at the end. Lack of impact and variant

22 F: long, honey, ginger, lavender, heather. Light and gentle, very charming, finish in some liquorice, sweet ginger. But the wine body degrades fast

21 B: balanced. An old SMW, elegant and warm, more like honey water or flower tea, no stress, I like it!

Millburn 34yo OMC 50%

C: amber, yellow gold

23 N: beautiful and elegant sherry, rich, active and fresh plum, some melon sweet, raisin, beautiful wood cask, a little smoky bacon, grapefruit.

23 T: full, round and rich, old sherry style,枕木,烏梅, very good impact, very active, a little chocolate at the end

22 F: long, very long,烏梅,青梅, some wood cask, finish in some chocolate. Long extension and good tecture. Delicate, still expect to more variant..

23 B: good balanced. A beautiful and classic old style highland sherry, w/o sulfur, gun fire, very enjoyable!
