what do you miss the most from Taiwan?

everything.
I miss the street, the air, the mountain, the see, the food, the night life, the MRT, the Sogo, ... everything

I remembered when touching down in Taipei, I’ll tend to head for ma-la hotpot on the first night... but you still prefer to work in Shanghai.

yes, my favorite one is 川巴子 across the street from Breeze Square
just want to work in a different city
but finally find I miss my hometown so much
people are strange

when they possess it, they don’t seem to cherish it...
only when missing it that they realise what their true passion dwells in
but there is still a silver lining. without leaving it, you never find your true passion...

I remember your major is literature? you always can express something so correctly.

nope. I’ve been very much been studying sciences... but have a passion for writing.

no wonder.

but in life we make choices... I didn’t follow my passion...
just read that China and Taiwan to see direct flights by July...
tht’s quite an achievements after all these years

but the ticket is not that cheap
maybe NTD3,000 cheapter

it seems so.... we chose what’s right to the societal perception, and not what’s true to our heart.
NTD3000 cheaper and at least saving 2-3 hours of waiting, embarkation and disembarkation time during transit at HK

it seems you have a deep feeling about life.
oh yes, that’s right.

though, in recent years, I’m emotionally distant towards a lot of things. in haplessness, we adjust, readapt, or even numb our thoughts and sensitivity

that’s right.

以上是跟一個朋友的對話
真是想念台灣呢
不過現在要忍住忍住
等回去ㄧ次就吃個夠逛個夠玩個夠買個夠
