Britax Römer Safety Kit "Protect - Shade - See"
This great complete safety set by Britax Römer contains almost everything you need for a safe ride in the car with your little one. It is specially designed for rear-facing child car seats and infant car seats (not included in the delivery).
The car seat protector prevents your car seat's upholstery from getting stained or damaged and is suitable for child car seats that are belted and equipped with ISOFIX. At the same time, the car seat protector functions as a backrest protection with convenient pockets for toys, bottles or snacks and protects the car seat against dirty little shoes. The two self-adhesive window shades keep away harmful UV rays and protect your little one from direct sunlight. They are equipped with a sun protection UVP 30+ and a unique adherence design. The entire reverse sides of the window shades are coated and attach themselves firmly to the car window. This makes them easy to attach and reposition. 腸道造口袋未貼合 易使皮膚發炎照護難
【健康醫療網／記者黃思齊報導】許多腸道疾病或外傷導致需要安置「造口」來進行排便，但若未妥善執行，可能導致糞水外洩，不僅會使周遭皮膚發炎等，更引發照護困難。一名男患者因為造口袋無緊密貼合，逾 4 年未能安心療養，經臺中慈濟醫院大腸直腸科主任邱建銘診治，移動造口，改善患者生活。
男子車禍後造口安置不當 糞水滲漏
22 歲謝姓男子四年前因車禍腹部嚴重鈍挫傷，緊急手術切除壞死腸段，靠「造口」，即俗稱的人工肛門排便；未料當時造口袋無緊密貼合，導致糞水外漏情況嚴重，使負責照護他的母親必須隨時清理長達 1500 個日子，患者及母親皆無法妥善休息、身心俱疲。
手術移動造口 耗 8 時處理腸道嚴重沾黏
經由慈濟社區志工訪視關懷，轉診至臺中慈濟醫院由邱建銘協助，進行手術剝開沾黏、重新縫合斷端，並把小腸位置移到右側肋骨下緣拉出造口。但由於沾黏狀況嚴重，手術挪動造口 5 公分，卻花了 8 個小時進行清理治療。邱建銘說明，由於腸道內狀況嚴重，必須耐心整理，並突破小腸跟肚皮的沾粘，縫合反覆發炎造成的 2 公分厚疤痕。
造口調整成功 改善照護者與患者生活
術後男子及母親終能喘息，並能更簡單照料，同時改善行動阻礙，未來能轉換藉由輪椅活動，不必整日臥床。對此，邱建銘指出，由於造口一天會分泌 1500 毫升糞水，且含有消化酵素，常使皮膚侵蝕變紅，照顧困難，但患者竟然無任何傷口摩擦跡象，顯現出母親照護的用心及辛苦；盼透過這樣的改善可以讓兩人擁有更好生活品質。
天氣晴朗炎熱 中部以北午後留意雷陣雨
中央氣象局表示，今（13）日水氣稍微減少，各地天氣晴朗，高溫可達30度以上，但午後中部以北地區及南部山區的熱對流將造成局部的短暫雷陣雨；另外，明(14)日晚間鋒面通過及東北季風增強，天氣驟變，並有局部較大雨勢發生，各地溫度也會明顯下降。
氣象局指出，今日水氣稍微減少，整體降雨量比昨日少，但降雨型態部分仍和昨日類似，清晨中部以北地區因陸風和環境西南風輻合有零星短暫雨，東半部地區則因為偏南到東南風一整天有局部短暫雨，午後中部以北地區及南部山區的熱對流將造成局部短暫雷陣雨；溫度方面，各地低溫約22至24度，但高溫都可達30度至34度，中午前後請注意防曬並多補充水分。
氣象局說，明日晚間受到鋒面通過及東北季風增強，中部以北及東半部地區有局部雷雨發生的可能，並有最新出版最便宜局部較大雨勢發生的機率，其他地區亦有局部短暫陣雨，各地溫度也會明顯下降，提醒民眾留意周末天氣變化。
