摘要 隨著熟年世代之中高齡人口逐漸步入老年,熟年世代中高齡族群將成為社會舉足輕重的族群,因此,有關熟年世代的健康行為的偏好應是一值得探討的議題。 本研究以45〜64歲之中高齡族群為研究對象,進行養生認知與健康促進行為問卷調查。在回收的300份有效問卷中分析發現:受訪者以女性較多。年齡以45〜50歲最高及其次為50〜60歲,在教育程度方面以高中職所佔比例最高,其次為專科,顯示熟年世代教育程度大都介於高中職至專科程度。就職業來看,以軍公教人員所佔之比例最高,其次為服務業。熟年世代多為中產階級,工作狀況仍相當活躍。每月平均收入2〜5萬元經濟來源主要為工作所得,目前仍是家庭經濟的主要提供者,收入越高者多選擇保健食品來維護健康,普遍對健康感到焦慮且社經背景較低者對自身健康不關心居多。此外,研究發現熟年世代的職業為軍公教者,因具有穩定的收入,對於保健養生活動是最熱衷的族群,認為參與保健養生活動也是一種社交行為,可以藉此獲得成就感。經迴歸分析結果顯示其養生認知對健康促進行為呈現顯著相關,經變異數分析結果顯示,職業及收入對養生認知具顯著差異,教育程度及職業亦對健康促進行為具顯著差異。 建議,熟年世代平常即要對身體健康保健養生以能達到放鬆心情調節身心,並藉以鍛鍊身體健康,維持生理功能,多參與可以讓其獲得成就感的社交活動為主,慢慢調整在家庭社會的責任達到平衡。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Abstract Along with mature age population the advanced age population follows old age gradually, the advanced age ethnicity will become a social prominent ethnicity in the mature age, consequently, relevant the healthy behavior of the familiar year generation of hobby should be a Be worth inquiring into of subject. This research with 45~64 years old in advanced age ethnicity for research object,carry on Regimen and health protection questionnaire. The analysis finds in 300 effective questionnaires of payback: Interviewee with the female is more. Age with 45~50 years old high and secondly is 50~60 years old, at level of education the comparison that senior high and vocational schools have is the highest and secondly show that the mature age level of education mostly is lain to senior high and vocational schools to the specialty extent for the specialty. Assume office an industry to see, solider, government functionary, and teacher''s comparison had by personnel is the high. It secondly is a service industry. The mature age is much a middle class, working the condition is still rather active. Every month brings in on the average 2~50,000 dollars, the economic source mainly gains for work, is still the cardinal promoter of household economy currently, bring in more high select health care food product more to safeguard health, widespreadly to healthily feel anxious and club through background lower to the self healthily is careless of mostly. In addition, the research finds that the occupation of mature age is a solider, government functionary, and teacher, because of have stable receipt, for health care the health activity is the ethnicity that favors most , think participation health care health activity is also a kind of social intercourse behavior, can acquire sense of achievement with this. Through regression analysis effect show its health cognition is notable and related to healthily help the behavior to present, through dissociation number analysis suggest as a result, "occupation" and “receipt" cognizes to have notable difference to the health, "level of education" and “occupation" also to healthily help the behavior to have notable difference.
