芋頭切塊 taro diced 300g
木薯粉 tapioca flour 70g
太白粉 crnstarch 50g
砂糖 sugar 50g
地瓜圓 Sweet Potato Balls
地瓜切塊 Diced Sweet Potato 300g
木薯粉 tapioca flour 70g
太白粉 crnstarch 50g
砂糖 sugar 20g
步驟做法 steps
芋圓與地瓜圓兩者做法相同,材料相仿,因此就一起說明囉~
Taro Balls and Sweet Potato Balls share similar preparation methods and ingredients, so let's explain them together~ 😁
1. 將芋頭塊、地瓜塊放入電鍋裡蒸熟 (外鍋放2杯水,蒸至電鍋開關跳起)
Steam the taro diced and diced sweet potato in an electric cooker. (Add 2 cups of water to the outer pot and steam until the cooker switch pops up.)
2. 加入砂糖,將芋頭、地瓜拌成泥狀。
Add sugar and mash the taro and sweet potatoes into a into a puree.
3. 加入木薯粉、太白粉,用手抓捏成均勻麵糰。
Add tapioca flour and cornstarch, then knead the mixture with your hands until it forms a smooth and even dough.
4. 將麵糰搓成長條狀,表面灑上些許防沾黏的太白粉,用剪刀剪成適當大小。
Roll the dough into a long strip and sprinkle a little cornstarch on the surface to prevent sticking. Use scissors to cut it into appropriate sizes.
5. 做好後,就可以準備下鍋。將水煮至沸騰,再將芋圓、地瓜圓加入滾水中,等它們浮出水面,再煮個1分鐘左右即可撈起。
Once they are ready, you can prepare to cook them. Bring a pot of water to a boil and then add the taro balls and sweet potato balls. Wait for them to float to the surface, and cook for another minute. Finally, remove them from the water.
6. 撈起後可用冰塊冰鎮,口感會更Q。加個市售現成的仙草凍、咖啡凍,簡單的點心就完成囉~~
After removing them from the water, you can chill them with ice cubes to enhance their chewiness. Serve them with store-bought grass jelly or coffee jelly for a simple and delightful dessert.
淋上鮮奶油,口感也不賴!!!
