Dear boss,

I have decided to realize my personal career plan by studying abroad and pursuing advance degree.
This takes me an extensive period of time to make this hard decision.
But it's a dream I have to make it come true.
I hope you will understand and appreciate your support.

This is the official resignation letter indicating my intention to leave my position as IC initial purchasing buyer.
Based on the company internal regulation, my last working day will be Aug. 13th 2004.
I will do all I can to assist my successor for a smooth transfer of responsibilities.
