For stays of 4 nights or less, please note that a EUR 15 cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

Please note that for all reservations made after 12.00 on the same day of check-in, guests are urged to contact the property to obtain the check-in procedure and codes for key collection.

Please note that the EUR 500 security deposit will be pre-authorised on your credit card. It will be cancelled 48 hours after departure date, if no damages are found upon inspection of the property.

If you are planning on arriving outside of the reception opening hours, please let the property know beforehand. After you have booked, you will receive an email from the property to advise you of the payment conditions and key pick-up.

The property will email you directly with key pick-up details around 10 days before arrival. Please inform La Suite Saint Jean in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
