陳金鋒王建民改當教頭 笑稱投1天要休4年
（中央社記者楊啟芳新北23日電）富邦U18明日之星大賽，高中明星藍、白隊分別由王建民及陳金鋒任總教練，有別於之前在青棒訓練營投打對決，今天是考驗調度能力，王建民笑說，「我只能投1休4（投1天休4年）。」
月初王建民與陳金鋒在Nike青棒菁英訓練營，曾進行投打對決，不過今天在明日之星大賽，則是要分別擔任2隊總教練。陳金鋒笑說，「今天沒有投打對決，因為他（王建民）丟1天就要休息4年。」王建民則回應自己要「投1休4」，意即投1天休4年。
由於明星藍、白隊也有平鎮高中總教練吳柏宏、穀保家商總教練周宗志在旁協助，陳金鋒指出，「策略看他們自己高中的教練，對選手比較了解，看怎麼設定投手和打序。」王建民也是以高中教練調度為主。
對於現在台灣頂尖的青棒選手，陳金鋒認為，現在高中生身材都不錯，接受棒球的資訊也多，跟以前相比，理解能力、觀念會更好。王建民也說，「他們接受的東西愈來愈好，練的東西效率比較高，自然成長過程就會比較快。」王建民印象最深刻的青棒選手，則是投手陳柏毓及李晨薰，他說，「高中就可以投這麼快的很少。」
陳金鋒也指出，現在高中球員選擇更多，以前高中畢業後，不是去業餘就是上大學，現在可以參加選秀也可以出國，機會比較多。對於高中畢業後就打職棒，王建民表示，進職棒後需要很多改變，畢竟職業比賽場數較多，要面對一整年的比賽。（編輯：張銘坤）1071223
