1999 Cols de la Roche Grand Cru / Armand Rousseau

　　其實在喝這款酒時，是2012元旦的傍晚，大家剛在澎湖馬公島趴趴走、吹著強風玩了一整天後，我也被強風吹得頭昏眼花，短暫梳洗後，大家全被Albert抓來趕進度，繼續完成澎湖跨年品酒之旅的預定酒單行程^^

　　約18:00倒入醒酒瓶，酒款散發出非常濃郁的森林原木香氣，隱約的黑胡椒、咖啡、根莖土壤氣味，酒款風格沉穩而內斂，單寧仍緊實，看來還需再陳放數年會更好。

　　Domaine Armand Rousseau位於Burgundy的Gevrey-Chambertin村，可說是Burgundy地區數一數二的知名酒莊，其不管從歷史、生產的酒款等級與品質等方面衡量，都絕對佔有一席之地；它是Burgundy地區最早以酒莊名義裝瓶銷售的酒莊(在1930年代，猜想之前可能酒標上都只印出地塊名稱吧~)，而其佔地14公頃的葡萄園中，即有8公頃屬於頂級葡萄園(Grand Cru)。    

　　其葡萄藤皆是年齡40-45歲以上的老藤，而其最為知名的3款酒「Chambertin」、「Chambertin Clos de Bèze」、「Gevrey Chambertin Clos St Jacques」皆被認為是Burgundy地區最棒的酒款之一，因此其又被酒迷尊稱為「香貝丹Chambertin之王」。
