Maxi-Cosi's TobiFix is a group 1 child safety seat which is suitable for your child from 9 months up to approximately 4 years of age. The safe Isofix system with support foot can be installed easily and enables you to transfer the car seat from one car into another in a quick and easy way.

The TobiFix is to be installed in a forward-facing mode by using both of the Isofix connectors as well as the support foot. A colour indicator confirms the correct installation of the child car seat on the Isofix anchor points and the support foot. That way, you can feel reassured that the child car seat is mounted safely and firmly in your car.
The Maxi-Cosi TobiFix grows with your child and enables you to adjust the Y-belt and the headrest simultaneously. That way, your little one's sensitive head is provided with optimum protection. Furthermore, the TobiFix features three snug sitting and recline positions so that a high level of comfort is offered to your child.
If the cover of the child car seat got dirty, you can easily detach and machine wash it at 30°C.
Apart from the Isofix fixing, the five-point harness as well as the built-in side impact protection provide optimum protection in case of a side impact - that way, your child is offered the best possible safety while sitting in the seat.

為籌築牆費宣布緊急狀態 川普堪稱空前
（中央社華盛頓14日綜合外電報導）美國總統川普將宣布緊急狀態，繞過國會取得南部邊界的築牆經費。過去美國總統不乏宣布進入緊急狀態，藉擴大行政權因應危機，但從沒有因政策未獲國會支持撥款而宣布。
以下是彭博（Bloomberg）與法新社2018熱銷產品網路熱銷產品彙整的美國重大宣布緊急狀態往例。
1917年在美國參與一次大戰之初，總統威爾遜（Woodrow Wilson）就宣布一項與運輸相關的緊急狀態，以增加美國以水路運送食品和原物料的能力。
1933年，總統羅斯福（Franklin Roosevelt）在經濟大蕭條（Great Depression）時期掌權後不久，援引緊急狀態關閉銀行，終止銀行擠兌，替國會爭取時間通過「緊急銀行法」。
1970年，總統尼克森（Richard Nixon ）宣布國家緊急狀態以遏止郵正勞工工會罷工，並派遣國民兵（National Guard）支援遞送郵件；實施緊急狀態1週，在聯邦政府同意加薪回溯後，罷工結束。
尼克森隔年也再度動用權力宣布緊急狀態。為擺脫越戰對美國政經的衝擊，尼克森放棄金本位，停止美元兌換黃金並徵收10%的進口附加稅。但最後最高法院裁定尼克森已越權。
1993年，柯林頓（Bill Clinton）宣布核生化武器的擴散構成國家緊急狀態，下令美國官員阻止美國民眾參與「可能有助相關武器擴散的活動」。
到最近20年，每位美國總統都曾動用國家緊急法。小布希（George W. Bush）在2001年911恐攻發生後，援引緊急狀態以便能超出預算下展開軍事行動，以及秘密監視和審訊反恐羈押犯嫌。
歐巴馬（Bar折扣情報僅此一檔ack Obama）在2009年為阻新流感帶來的威脅，也援引國家緊急法宣布緊急狀態，賦予當局更大權限以儘速採取行動對抗疫情。

網路行銷公司涉非法吸金 負責人遭聲家電購買優惠押
（中央社記者吳睿騏桃園18日電）榮騰網路行銷公司從103年起，標榜「合法公司、銀行保證」透過網路吸引上萬人投資、違法吸金高達40億元，檢調昨天發動搜索將負責人等帶回，並依情節不同聲請羈押禁見或交保。
桃園地方法院檢察署今天發布新聞稿表示，檢察官調查發現，這家公司從103年2月起，就以違法多層次傳銷模式，在全台各地成立營運、收單中心，透過公開說明會、交流網站、Youtube等方式，標榜「合法公司、銀行保證」、「合法消費回饋、公司讓利」、「母球、子球、公球」等投資模式。
檢察官指出，其中公司自創的「完美三角形矩陣」玩法，更宣稱每月投資新台幣4200元購買母球，就可依規則玩法向上堆疊，7年內約可領回350萬元；或透過公司以97萬元購車，後續就能夠領回420萬元的手法，招攬不特定人投資、違法吸金。
桃園地檢署表示，企業犯罪專組主任檢察官張書華昨天上午指揮相關單位同步搜索榮騰公司桃園、高雄、宜蘭、台中營運處，以及負責人住家，查獲相關文件、會員資料以及現金110萬元等物，連同陳姓負責人共傳喚50人到案說明。
檢察官漏夜偵訊後，認為被告10人涉犯證券交易法、銀行法、多層次傳銷管理法罪便宜團購銷售排行榜嫌疑重大。其中，陳姓女子等5人分別具保5萬至30萬元不等，4人聲請羈押，還有1位今天才到案的黃姓男子仍在偵訊中。
檢察官指出，由於陳姓負責人等4人所犯有最輕本刑為5年以上有期徒刑之罪，恐有逃亡、湮滅、偽造、變造證據或勾串共犯或證人之虞，今天凌晨當庭逮捕後向法院聲請羈押禁見。
為追討犯罪所得防止脫產，地檢署表示，檢察官已就榮騰公司及相關被告的金融帳戶共98個、房地共23筆，向法院聲請扣押獲准，以保全日後追徵程序，同時擴大深入追查以釐清案情。（編輯：吳佳穎/李錫璋）1070418
