I feel going back to the time about 2008 that I was networking with RTP job market that is where they later created IContact. Why do people have 10k followers that no one reached out when you need a job? Instead a stranger like me to connect him with the resources I have. He was a 2nd tier from my contacts. During the time I started looking job for my son that I cross others that may also need my assistance but senior level. I am shocking that it has been a month he posted that no one reached out. We are collecting meaningless digital cards that have no relationship based? Now I look back my own 5k digital collection that did any of them really offer any help? Where is our 911 when we need for our career? Where is our 411 when we need life guideline? Reality check who will help you when you need? I am planning a Professional Hall meeting coming up and hopefully people will want to help one another to go through job seeking journey. It is stressful and painful process so I hope they will all find their jobs soon.
