He is a total stranger to me because he is my other contact's 2nd tier. I reached out to him and give him some of my suggestion. He is over 50 seeking for job would be much tougher than the younger like my son. Both of them are in IT so when I shared him my son's resume and he is kind enough to share his view. It is interested to read about AARP has asked the companies to put together if they would hire older employees. So I check the lists about 2k and FL in Miami about 20 places. I am not sure how his journey will take as I planned to reconnect my old Linkedin group back to over 10 years ago. We plan to start a group to networking again. Growing old is about keeping your professional network together. I am looking forward to seeing how it will turn out. That is something I look back why I match these people the first place. I forgot about how I was used to happy to do that. After turning into business, it does not feel pleasure any more.
