Try to set up my FL team as one can't afford only 20 per month to start up and the other two father and son just cancel our important meeting today due to death of their family member, his son lost his son so he lost his grandson and he is going through a surgery.  It is like if you look at it as investment so I put my time and effort into it and now I have to wait or just no ROI.   You could not predict sickness and death.    I just need to move on!   The last month of year and I need to have faith! Work hard too!

In life we know sickness and death that we could not have control so business taking risk to take all that into the factors.

I could not share it in my professional group post because I could not give my competition knowing my weakness.

I could not share it in my personal site, I do not want my family to worry about me.
