我從頭到尾沒有說2758決議案裡有Republic of China,2758決議案是證實了中華民國沒有被&quot逐出&quot聯合國,而是其權力被People`s Republic of China取代了.

權力被取代 不等於被逐出
你不覺得 玩文字遊戲很無趣嗎??

證明Republic of China還在聯合國裡的是聯合國憲章第23條,及110條好嗎,

Article 23
“ 1. The Security Council shall consist of fifteen Members of the United Nations. The Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the united Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America shall be permanent members of the Security Council.”

Article 110

1. The present Charter shall be ratified by the signatory states in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.

2. The ratifications shall be deposited with the Government of the United States of America, which shall notify all the signatory states of each deposit as well as the Secretary-General of the Organization when he has been appointed.

3. The present Charter shall come into force upon the deposit of ratifications by the Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America, and by a majority of the other signatory states. A protocol of the ratifications deposited shall thereupon be drawn up by the Government of the United States of America which shall communicate copies thereof to all the signatory states.

4. The states signatory to the present Charter which ratify it after it has come into force will become original Members of the United Nations on the date of the deposit of their respective ratifications.

請問聯合國憲章規定安全理事會的五個常任理事國是誰？其中一個就是中華民國（Republic of China），只是政府從國民黨政權改成共產黨政權，國號從中華民國（Republic of China）改成中華人民共和國（People`s Republic of China），但還是同一個國家！中華人民共和國不是以「新國家」身份申請加入成為會員國，而是取代國民黨所代表的中華民國席位。
所以在國際上中華民國＝中華人民共和國。
臺灣必須以新國家身份申請加入聯合國及其他國際組織，而非用「中華民國」去跟共產黨政權爭「中國」代表權，雖然臺北政府一直宣稱「中華民國」指「臺澎金馬」，但實際上該政府仍為中國流亡政府，只是在舊金山合約之後一直不履行讓身為日本殖民地的臺灣舉辦公民投票決定自己的未來而已。
所以「中華民國」這個流亡政權必須舉辦公民投票，讓臺灣人民決定臺灣前途，自己退回去金門和馬祖，繼續去搞他們的國共內戰。

臺長，上文的英漢文字里有提到“Republic of China（中華民國）”還是會員國嗎？
如果據此來證明臺灣應該正名，恐怕有不妥吧

你自己去查查吧,聯合國憲章第23條,及110條,都黑子白字的寫著 ”The Republic of China”的國名,但是代表的都是中國.

當年是蔣介石代表被逐出聯合國,可不是中華民國被逐出聯合國,這是歷史的常識好嗎.

你自己懶惰,別以為別人也沒做功課,還有,你懶惰就算了,亂罵人別那麼勤勞,真有空的話,去查查聯合國2758決議案寫些什麼吧.

中華人民共和國因為取代了中華民國的代表權，因此中國現在在聯合國常任理事國所使用的國號，的確是Republic of China（中華民國）

你再查證一下吧，在聯合國的中國國號是中華人民共和國，而非中國民國，臺長僅僅要證明臺灣（中華民國）需要該國號而已，沒必要發假資訊呀
