The Inglesina Trilogy Plus Otutto Deluxe System is an absolute must-have set which accompanies you and your little sunshine from birth up to toddlerhood. The Trilogy Plus features one of the biggest carrycots (internal dimensions: 76 x 37 cm) on the market so that your little one can stretch out and feel super comfortable wherever you go. The hard carrycot can be attached to the chassis with only one click - thus, a full-size pram is created in no time at all. The large canopy as well as the windproof blanket protect your child from direct sunlight and cold wind. The carrycot comes with an adjustable backrest and adjustable ventilation slots on the bottom side. The soft and cuddly padding as well as the welcome pad that has been developed in collaboration with midwives make this cosy carrycot complete. 馬頭山掩埋場進二階環評 自救會：續審是為業者造假背書

「從我們拔出第一根沒有開篩的地下水監測井井管那一刻起，這本環說書已經一文不值。如果繼續審查，就是公開向全國民眾宣告，高雄市政府可以接受造假不實的環說書。對於造假不實的環說書，唯一結論就是不應開發。」
反馬頭山事業廢棄物掩埋場自救會發言人龔文雄，在昨（15）日環評大會上痛批開發單位富駿公司從頭到尾以不實資訊，企圖誤導矇騙環評委員，對於這種業者，不應再繼續審查，要求高雄市政府退回開發案。不過最終，環評大會仍做出進入二階環評審查的結論。
環保局表示，環委以投票表決，認定應繼續進行二階環評12票、認定不應開發一票、通過環評七票。其結論為：
一、因地下水分布情形與生態、邊坡穩定及地下水污染等具關聯性，地下水調查尚須釐清補強。 二、設置標準監測井時間與生態調查部分時間重疊或時間很接近，生態調查資料是否具代表性尚須釐清。 三、本案部分開發基地位屬山崩與地滑地質敏感區，且基地東側約2.8公里有旗山斷層（活動斷層）及車瓜林斷層、鼓山斷層及龍船斷層等非活動斷層，本案之開發位處地質不穩定地區，有掩埋體崩塌滑落、下陷之疑慮尚須釐清。 四、本案位於二仁溪上游，且鄰近高屏溪自來水水質水量保護區，廢污水如處理不當有滲漏情形，或遇極端氣候污水處理系統無法負荷等情形，對於二仁溪灌溉水質及大高雄飲用水質之影響尚需釐清。 五、建議加強與民眾溝通。 富駿：馬頭山無地下水、非生態諾亞方舟
在今年3月的第二次環評結論中，環委即針對「鄰近區域生態資源、水體調查及流向、掩埋量體大，可能導致坍塌滑落、放流水影響二仁溪灌溉水源，及封閉後如因天災發生坍塌事故善後責任等」，要求富駿補件提出更完整的說明。
而富駿在此次審查報告中，仍強調「開發基地大部分沒有地下水」、「沒有豐沛的水資源，地質為低透水性，即便阻水層破裂，也不會影響大高雄水源。」且「計畫區無斷層帶通過」，還說計畫區確實調查到食蟹獴、穿山甲、厚圓澤蟹等動物，但「馬頭山並不是如自救會所說的是生態諾亞方舟」。
在報告中，富駿提出將掩埋高程從160公尺下修至130公尺，總掩埋容量從524萬噸降低為439萬噸，減少掩埋容量。以及要利用滲出水零排放的工程技術，不讓污水有外流疑慮；最後並提出從掩埋場收受每噸廢棄物中提撥100元，最終提撥5億元，作為掩埋場封場維護基金。富駿一再強調，合作廠商可寧衛公司的技術，可提供設計先進、管理優良的掩埋場，為台灣解決廢棄物處理的問題。 環委：目前資訊無法確認本案無重大影響之虞
然而對於經環保局現場查驗拔管，確認地下水觀測井未開篩，以及台灣水資源保育聯盟學術召集人陳椒華提出的報告書地下水位和邊坡穩定分析資料錯誤，涉嫌不實，並未加以解釋說明，僅指出新的報告沒有使用未開篩監測井的資料。
環委提問時，對其區內水資源平衡、滲出水處理、掩埋量體穩定計算，及新鑿井的監測時間提出疑問，更有二位環委明確指出，「從過去幾年環團持續的監督可知，開發單位的報告不夠嚴謹，也證實監測井未開篩的事實，因此目前的資訊無法確認本案無重大影響之虞。」 自救會：環說書千瘡百孔、從一開始就企圖造假
會中在地團體發言時，自救會發言人龔文雄痛批富駿誠信問題，具體提出環說書從開始就企圖以不實資料進行環評審查：
「富駿身為開發公司，依法提出環說書供環評委員審查，有義務提報正確無誤的環說書內容，當然必須承擔所有不實責任。但是對於鑿井未開篩，富駿卻一個一個推，最後推給鑽井工頭，而工頭遷出國外，檢察官找不到人，竟以不起訴草草結案。但這不能否定沒有開篩的事實，也不能否定環說書造假的事實。」
「地質鑽探報告是整筆環說書論述的基礎，地下水位觀測井故意不開篩，製造沒有地下水的假象，所有規劃、設計、預估、研判都不會正確。如今這樣的地質鑽探報告還放在環說書裡面，只附加勘誤對照說明，掩蓋切割。這份勘誤表清楚告訴環評委員，從一開始到現在，富駿都在提供不實資料給環委審查。」
「山崩地滑敏感區調查評估報告，五口井中有四口井資料不實，高雄市應用地質技師公會和環評委員，當時審查時，如果知道沒有開篩的事實，你們還會讓他通過嗎？現在竟然還放在環說書裡面。」
「另外，2016年鑽井時在做生態調查，今年4月、5月鑽井也在做生態調查，甚至2012年剛開始鑽井也在做生態調查。生態調查是這樣做的嗎？故意把野生動物嚇跑再來調查，這樣調查出來的結果可以相信嗎？這種調查態度跟井管沒有開篩有什麼不同？」
「馬頭山好比沙漠綠洲，是古亭坑層厚層泥岩的寶地，特殊的地理條件、棲地環境，造就出生態的諾亞方舟，具有不可取代的特殊性，應該保留讓後代子孫共享。」
「最誇張的是，把原本附錄九的掩埋穩定分析拿掉。整本環說書都沒有談掩埋體的穩定性和安全性，上次環評結論第二點，掩埋體安不安全是環委和居民最擔心的事，竟然從環說書中刪除拿掉，整本環說書根本沒有掩埋體滑落的緊急應變措施。」
「整本環說書去掉地質鑽探報告、地質敏感區評估報告、掩埋體穩定分析報告，還算什麼環說書？環說書錯誤、不實，環評委員，你知道環說書的資料那些是真，那些是假？哪位環委敢為這本環說書背書？環評委員應具名表決以示負責。」
「全國都在看高雄市政府如何審查這本造假不實的環說書，不只是馬頭山掩埋場的問題，已經關係到環評制度的正義和責任。本案如果繼續審查，就是公開向全國民眾宣告，高市府可以接受造假不實的環說書。向全國廠商宣告，高市府可以接受造假的環說書，如果不幸被發現，補件再審就可以。」
然而歷經五個多小時審查，高雄市政府環評大會並未將本案撤銷退回。對於進入二階環評的結論，自救會表示無法接受，自救會會長高淑慧及成員黃惠敏昨晚在現場落髮，表達對環評制度的抗議，並決定推選高淑慧年底參選市議員，爭取更大的力量保衛家鄉，守護馬頭山。
