老歌亂談(153)When Will I See You Again
貼了前面 Diana Ross & The Supremes 的《Someday We'll be Together》，很自然的又想起了The Three Degrees的《When Will I See You Again》。因不僅同樣是黑人女子三人團體，感覺連歌名和曲風都有點類似。
The Three Degrees ( 三度空間 ) 這個於1963年成立於美國賓州費城的女子合唱團體，一直是保持三個人的組合，期間團員來來去去，竟然多達十五人之譜。而其中最有名的組合，當然就是1974年推出這首《When Will I See You Again》時的Fayette Pinkeny、Sheila Ferguson和Valerie Holiday這三人了。因這首歌不僅獲得美國熱門排行榜的第二名及英國單曲的第一名，也是一首暢銷國際的熱門歌曲，更是這個合唱團體最為知名的招牌歌。
我不太了解黑人，總覺得他們的頭髮是「自然捲」，不太容易梳理，但看中間的那位Sheila，能將頭髮整理成那樣，想來是花了不少的功夫。呵呵呵！
