2012/5/7是上帝〈或玉帝〉所定期限，要讓臺灣脫離被中國殖民，獨立自己建國的日子，但是美國歐巴總統並沒有做到。茲附上我寫給歐巴馬總統的信函如下：

我是七十歲的臺灣老人〈1943生〉，為了臺灣能夠脫離被殖民主義者殖民，我已經奮鬥了48年，其間我坐過政治黑牢3年6個月，又被這個流亡政府違法褫奪了我的工作權〈遠洋漁船報務員執照〉，因此我每天向上天禱告祈求，要求還我公道。

在2008年12月你剛剛當選美國總統不久，我剛剛要出版《臺灣歷史》全集時，正在寫：「給世界各國元首的一封公開信」，你的上帝或釋迦牟尼佛在我耳朵輕聲的告訴我，要我在中文版更改寫上：
