壽星Vicky的生日派對，

菜單如下：

滷牛腱，糖醋雞丁，蔥爆明蝦，醬炒肉絲，燉絲瓜，清炒空心菜，

炸豬排，炸蝦餅，冬瓜蛤利湯。

共八菜一湯，由壽星一人獨立完成，好厲害！

謝謝這位慷慨又熱情的美麗壽星。


When I first met Vicky in Chicago,

I thought she looked like 林志林, especially when she smiled.

In my mind, Vicky is a beautiful, smart, and generous girl.

She treats her friends very well, that is why lots of

people gather at her home to celebrate her birthday.


Yesterday she cooked eight dishes and a bowl of soup herself,

and each dish was very delicious.

How did she make it? She prepared the feast with her heart.


Also thanks others brought drinks, birthday cakes, and pies.

It was a great moving feast and a wonderful afternoon.

I appreciated that Vicky held a sweet birthday party for us.

< 巧克力蛋糕與黑苺派 >


據說，左邊這位是兩個帥哥在芝加哥市區『萬中選一』所選出來的蛋糕，

而右手邊，是修女做的超好吃黑苺派，

傳說中，只有極幸運的人可以在每個週日早上的五十三街

買到修女限量發行的派餅。

而圖片上方那盤快要空空如也的『巧克力草莓』，由雅亭夫妻

精心實驗，親手調製巧克力醬而得。

Thanks Kutong and Chenlong brought the cake, Enzu and Alice

brought the pie.

The chocolate strawberries made by Yating and her husband

were so cute and so yummy.
