Oh~~Dear~~~
When I came back to Hong Kong after my trip to Europe and China, my computer was serious ill.
The most important thing is that, I have just bonght it about ten months only~~But how can it act liek that??~~
I dont know why I cant type Chinese in my computer, it just show me some question marks on the screen when I type Chinese.
It will automactically switch off without press any key. Or it will suddenly show a small window and tell you that your computer will switch off after one minutes.
I have updated my anti- virus programme and scan it already, but no virus can be found.
And when I restart my computer, there should be some programme miss. I dont know why~
And there are a lot of unknown programme in my computer as well.
I dont know what should I do`~~~Anyone can help me and solve the problrems of my computer~~
