運動神經元疾病（Motor Neuron Disease）簡稱MND，以病變位置又稱肌萎縮性脊髓側索硬化症（Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis）簡稱ALS。又名為葛雷克氏症(Lou Gehrig's disease)，也就是俗稱的漸凍人症。
