剛剛學到的一些食譜用語,蠻實用的,提供給大家參考.

蛋糕名稱:Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting　紅絲絨蛋糕

grater noun [C] 就是削羅蔔絲的工具
a metal device with holes surrounded by sharp edges used to cut food into small pieces

sifter 就是過濾塊狀物的濾網

parsley 荷蘭芹

spatula noun [C] 就是我們炒菜用的鏟子
