做法
1.煮軟的蜜蘿蔔,鮮奶油,少許高湯吉利丁放入BLENDTEC選取SAUCE鍵攪拌均勻
2.胡蘿蔔慕斯置入杯子,緩慢加入少許高湯吉利丁(200CC高湯+2片吉利丁)
3.杯子用保鮮膜封好,放入冰箱冷藏
