I did not know if Japan’s Self-Defense Forces really ejected the order to support the assignment to curb the damage that malfunction of Fukushima nuclear power plant caused. However, not long after such news released to the public, we also saw the news video about Japan’s Self-Defense Force flew helicopter to drop water on the nuclear power plant intending to reduce its temperature and prevent it from explosion and potentially subsequent huge radioactive leak. When I saw the JSD’s helicopter plied to water on power plant, I felt even more discouraged, or even disappointed. Japanese was desperate; Tokyo Electric Power and Kan Administration ran out all of remedies available, then now they could only stage such a scene to tell its fellow compatriots they are doing everything to prevent the worst from happening.

On Thursday morning, Japan’s Self-Defense Forces started dumping water from a helicopter on reactor No. 3, making several passes. They planned to do the same for No. 4 sometime Thursday. A helicopter collected water from the ocean to drop on the reactors.
