1. 準備素材如下圖。(12吋長條紙 8 條、彩虹色塊。)
Prepare the materials as below (8 patterned paper strips of 12" each, and rainbow-colored paper pieces).

小時候最愛玩盪鞦韆嚕，雖然害怕卻也愛盪的高高地。這張照片是2005年8月和朋友淡淡到桃園觀音的農場賞荷花、向日葵時拍的，農場有盪鞦韆，一時童性大發。和朋友盪起鞦韆來嚕，那時真是青春洋溢呀！這張相編參考了 "The Swing" of Thea Proctor 的顏色，因此這張相編加入了彩虹的七個顏色色塊，並且在這些色塊邊緣用黑色筆畫上框框。
The photo was taken at a farm of sunflowers and lotuses. My friend and I visited there years ago, and we had fun playing on a swing like a child.
This page was inspired by the delightful woodcut, "The Swing", by Thea Proctor. So I picked a photo of me on a swing. I was also inspired by the colors in the artwork, so I created the rainbow-colored pieces and drew the frames around them with black pen.

Combine the photo and the paper pieces in layers. Draw the frames around the rainbow-colored pieces with black pen.
3. 用筆刷依序沾黃色和綠色壓克力顏料，然後指尖彈一下筆刷讓顏料噴濺在背景紙上。然後黏上幾顆黑色、黃色和藍色珠珠。
Spray a few yellow and green acrylic drops on the left-top and the right-bottom corners. Randomly decorate some black, yellow and blue pearls.
3. 用筆刷依序沾黃色和綠色壓克力顏料，然後指尖彈一下筆刷讓顏料噴濺在背景紙上。然後黏上幾顆黑色、黃色和藍色珠珠。
