[練習] 蝶式-入水後挺胸的動作(陸上練習)



簡單的練習但是成效明顯。這個動作就是我們在美國影集或電影中,警察要嫌犯面向牆,搜身的動作。

站在牆臂前,保直是當距離,雙手高舉,兩臂分開大於肩寬。胸部向前(牆)壓,屁股翹起來,如影片所示。所謂適當距離當就每個人不同柔軟度來做調整。
