My  cream buleberry blintzes and coffee~~yammy!

Did you know that BC is the second largest blueberry producing region in the WORLD (after Michigan) and that they are expected to produce 80 million pounds this year?

There are 650 growers in BC that take up 17,000 acres!

Wow that blueberry bread pudding looks awesome, it's never occured ot me to put fruit in bread pudding, but it totally makes sense. Nice choice on using challah too.
Blueberry and tarragon is such a lovely pairing idea.
